The Center for American Principles releases a statement urging members of the Senate Judiciary Committee to reject bills embracing false data on pharmaceutical patents.
“The Senate Judiciary Committee should reject pending legislation that would curtail
urgently needed investment into continued innovation of biopharmaceutical therapies
and cures,” said CAP Policy Fellow Patrick Kilbride.
