The Center for American Principles recently sent letters to Congress encouraging action on an urgent threat to our nation’s prosperity.
In these letters, CAP urges the House Committee on Ways and Means Subcommittee on Trade, and the Senate Finance Subcommittee on International Trade, Customs, and Global
Competitiveness about foreign IP theft.
Center for American Principles Policy Fellow, Patrick Kilbride states “The threat of foreign IP theft has grown more acute in recent years, as the previous administration, and specifically the Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR), consistently failed to stand up for the IP protections that power the American economy”.
